You would be incharge of 3 other people. I would essentially give you a task and its up to you to delegate responsibilities to those under you. You would receive a larger amount of the money we make as an organization. Also, if myself or any other officer is offline then you would be incharge. You could do as you saw fit to run the organization. I would entrust your opinion in officers counsel sessions. You would not be held to any more activities then you could make meaning life will still come first for you. If I see that you perform well in your roles then I will reward such behavior and go to spirit. When I say you would be incharge of 3 others that simply means delegation and supervision as well as reporting regularly whats transpiring to myself so I can make changes as need be. As an officer you would also get your choice of duty station.

IF you accept we have need of an officer incharge of logistics (meaning you would make sure our org has a constant supply of asteroid locations to mine, make sure that our mined ore is being sold to the best possible location for best return of labor), officer of defence (just as the name sounds you would be incharge of ensuring the cargo ships and mining vessels are not destroyed), or officer of operations (you would be incharge of what happens to the supply ships, and mining vessels)

WE WANT TO KNOW IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN VARIOUS ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE CLAN. BY VOICING YOUR INTERESTS IT GIVES US A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF WHERE WE ARE SHORT STAFFED AND WHERE MOST OF OUR INTERESTS ARE. I RECOGNIZE THAT BEING FORCED INTO A ROLE THAT YOU DO NOT CARE FOR QUICKLY MAKES THE GAME LESS ENGAGING AND FUN. I WANT TO AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS. BY STATING YOUR INTERESTS HERE YOU ARE BY NO MEANS LOCKED IN BUT IT HELPS WITH THE PLANNING STAGES FOR FUTURE OPERATIONS.

IF YOU HAVE RECENTLY PURCHASED A SHIP OR OTHER FORM OF MAJOR ASSET PLEASE POST IT HERE SO I CAN UPDATE OUR ROSTER. THIS WAY WE WILL BE ABLE TO RAPIDLY SEE WHERE WE MIGHT IMPROVE AND SEE ALSO WERE WE ARE SUFFICENT.
